At Newcastle Plumbing Kings our aim is to leave a lasting impression on everyone from the client right though to the tenant. I believe communication is key. When we book a work order we call the tenant / owner to book in the job and immediately send a confirmation message plus we message before we arrive on the day with a time. We carry out the job in a professional manner, clean up after ourselves and remove all rubbish off site. We have been described as very
efficient and often repair jobs that other plumbers haven’t been able to. I believe we are as good as our last job!

technology to pinpoint the smallest of water leaks underground - Gas leak detector – Smell gas? We use the latest Ridgid Combustible gas
detector, with adjustable sensitivity, even low-level gases can be detected in
seconds - Temporary hot water tank- No hot water, if we don’t repair it we can have you
hooked back up within minutes with one of our temporary hot water tanks
